Probably wanted to save $38.00, now you'll have to pay so much more, and it will be painful for the dog, but less painful than having them constantly torn. I've heard great things about laser surgery if a doctor is experienced with this procedure. The healing time is said to be shorter. Hope he didn't just read about it on the Internet!
