The "onsies" are in the human baby department at Walmart or Target. You will probably need the newborn size. You can put the snaps on the tummy side and cut a hole in the onsie for her tail. Her little legs will go through the arm and leg holes. Make sure you wash them and cut the holes before you go for the surgery. When I picked my Lola up after surgery, the collar they had on her was so heavy she could hardly hold her head up. As soon as I got her in the car, I took it off and put the onsies on her. It worked much better. Good luck - keep us posted on her progress.
