This is exactly how I felt. From the beginning I told my Lawyer that it wasn't about the money but about principle. This is why I had a hard time withdrawing the CVO claim.
They assured me that what has happened to him will definitely be a lesson. I wanted him to feel my pain as he told me she was perfectly healthy but then killed her.
I am search for someone that really cares and is not in it for the money.
The claim has been settled. The only regret I have is withdrawing the CVO claim. However I was advised that even though we withdraw the claim they may still look into his practice.
Not only that but he has been sued and this is on his records.
