Put Olive first -- greet her first, feed her first, do everything for her first. Try to give Olive some alone time with you, take her on special outings without Treasure.
Our second Yorkie came home a little over 2 months ago and we still have some jealousy issues. The boys are good buddies, but Maximo still doesn't like having to share his people. I made an extra effort this past week to take him out on special trips without his little brother and the extra attention made a big difference.
