If she went to the house the first time, she should file a police report. The officers will take action if she guides them to the house.
I'm very familiar with Long Beach, living in Huntington Beach most of my adult life. There are parts of Long Beach that are very undesireable, places you wouldn't enter at night. I for one wouldn't ever allow my dog in the front yard in this city. |
I have been trying to get in touch with the right agency in Long Beach. Being I am in SC I haven't had much luck. Stand by, I am contacting someone that might help. Please lets verify this, it is too important.
