Welcome to YT!! How old is your furbaby. Trixie would only eat off the floor when she first came home from the breeder at about 12 weeks. I would put kibble on the floor and leave some in her bowl. Little by little, she started getting the idea that the kibble in the bowl was the same as on the floor....now she eats out of her bowl.
BTW...my friend's goldendoodle did the same thing when she first got her from the breeder.
