Collar for my dogs, also they each have a charm
A harness is more for going on the leash, not something to be worn all the time. When a harness is put on the collar stays on.. Some people don't though I suppose. The harness wouldn't be to comfortable to wear all the time I would think. plus, more wear on their coat.
