No its essentially not the same thing. I think others would be very willing to donate when they know the dog is in a licenses rescue so they positively know where the money is going too.
I dont mean the poster is a liar (poster plz dont think that) but you have to be careful
Plus I have the posters health in mind too, I value human life. If she only knew she might be united with her dog again, this would be a blessing to her.
