All I can do is throw some ideas out there. Is there chicken in her diet? Some are allergic to chicken.
What kind of dog food is she on?
It doesn't seem like the vets are curing the problem, so I would take the next step and make an appointment with a state veterinarian school - see if they have a specialist that may be able to help your little one.
