I am not an advocate of people just giving up their pets, but when you don't have the money to take care of them, it is something you should consider. We aren't talking about a dog that is vomiting, this is a serious issue that will cost a lot of money. And to think that this dog has been this way since last year is sad. Call me mean, call me rude, I don't care, this is a living, breathing being that she is supposed to take care of and if that means surrendering it, then so be it.
as i have said before.. roriee had a the first episode last november and i did get her help.. she got so much better that she was not in pain anymore and she ran around like a normal little dog except i would not let her jump on furniture anymore or go down stairs.. anything that would hurt her neck but she was no longer in pain.. her body was no longer twisted.. she was awesome.. then she had her relapse and i posted again here to reach out to people...but i never got any money for her surgery and if i had i would have gotten it asap.. i guess i just have to expect that you all dont understand and since you didnt live with us day to day you dont know.. but my roommates and my family all know that roriee is very much loved and taken care of...she was not in pain and even olga knew that she was so much better then when i first posted.
