If she isn't bleeding then she should be fine! I would just clean it with a warm cotton ball and put some neosporin on it. I was cutting some mats off of Bailey and Charlie a few nights ago when they were sleeping, little tiny ones that were on thier tummys and private areas...I did it while they were sleeping in my lap on their backs but was scared the whole time that they would flinch and I'd cut them. Don't feel bad...I can see how that could easily happen!!! She will be fine
