Wow, well first welcome to YT. I'm not sure why she would do this unless it has to do with hormone changes. You might try going back to the basics, ie, confinement with pad when not with you, at least until she starts doing what she should at least this way theres no damage. Sorry I can't be more help, I'm no breeder, maybe one of the professionals on here can help shed some light on this problem.
