I was going to post that exact question today. Bridget has done real well using the pads. Recently she has decided to destroy all 3 of them in her room. I did buy a "pad holder", and she pulls and tears the pad from the center until it is all out of the holder(except for the edges). I have bought the pads with the sticky tabs on them and all that does is rip the pad when she decides it's time to drag it across the room - I've even tried to duct tape them to the woodwork.....! She still attempts to use the pad afterwards, but it is sometimes upside down so anyplace that was wet is now against the carpet, and when she pee's on the plastic side it just rolls off....her room looks like a bomb went off in there. I don't mind the mess as much as I worry about her eating it. Hopefully you get some good suggestions, as there are so many experienced people with great ideas. If there's an answer out there - this is where you'll find it.
