My Yorkie is eating the pee-pad up, she finds it amusing to tear up the cotton pads. We switched to newspaper, but she decides to eat that too. We've tried bitter apple and she still goes after it!

She occasionally pees outside but sometimes we're wiping the floor at times.
Is there any way to have her pee indoor on something that is easily disposable rather than wiping it every single time?
