You'll notice a definate change the size of her vulva. But, since these wee ones are really clean with themselves. Since they bleed so minimally, you may have to follow behind her as she pees, take a tissue and blot her...The first day will be very light red...and increase to a bright red, then fade to a brownish or pinkish color. When that happens keep her away from the boys.
