Yes I think I undersand. It is a devastating disease. My father used to get this very lost and scared look in his face at times, this was in the early stages. He knew things were wrong, and couldn't verbalize his fears. Luckily he did not go through a lot of personality changes as the disease progressed.
My Mom couldn't really understand what was going on with Dad.
