Why would the IUD scare you? I have the one for ten years with NO hormones. I'm going on my fourth year and have no complications what so ever. Best thing that ever happen to me, if it wasn't for the IUD my tubes would have been tied by now.
As far as sex goes, you need to wake up one morning and say I'm gonna do it. Take a nice hot shower eat something light, and make yourself feel pretty for the day. And tell him get to it, do it right or you won't get any. Last chance for the day. He has to work for it if he wants a happy ending. You just sit back, relax and enjoy the show
