Our regular vet, who is Kelli's normal Dr, will be returning from Vacation on Monday and she wants to see Kelli's xrays from the EVH...so I'll post again if anything further is learned from them.
It definately sounds like you did everything possible to help her, still I know it is hard not to feel guilt. Kelli felt the love you gave her before she passed. I am sure she was grateful for that after all she had been through in previous homes. So you can feel comfort in knowing that you gave her the best love and attention she felt in her whole little life. It just breaks my heart to read this post. I lost my 12 year old poodle in a similar way on December 22, 2001 and it was so hard right there at Christmas, so I understand your feelings. I just believe she was sent to you like you said because she was such a bright light to help get you through your ganddad's passing. Everything happens for a reason, she was your little Angel and touched your life in such a profound way. God bless you.
