We use Vet Solutions Ear Cleansing Solution. My vet recommended it when we first got Chloe and we bought an 8 oz bottle. I usually use it once every two weeks and we've had Chloe for about 10 months. I've still got most of the bottle left because it takes so little. It's really easy for me to put in Chloe's ears. At first, I had my husband hold her still but now I just do it myself. It definitely has seemed to help her. Her ears never bother her and I've not noticed any wax build up since we started it.
