I am sure you did not cause any damage. Two of my old goats are 10 and they've had the Lepto and they are fine. Just dont do it now that you know.

Your vet can verify this info but here it is in a nutshell.
Vaccination against Leptospira interrogans is only available for the serovars called canicola, grippotyphosa, pomona and icterohaemorragiae. (Some vaccines cover all four serovars while others cover only two out of four.) In RI, the lepto vaccine given to my dogs covered all 4.

The vaccine does nothing to protect against the other strains of the bacteria.
