My vet would not spay until 5 lbs and 6 months. There have been plenty of tiny ones spayed around the 2 lb mark. The double teeth need to be addressed but they can wait until the spay. Have you spoken to your vet regarding age and size? I really believe that it is the experience of the vet that should be your deciding factor.
