I actually like you, I have told you that before. But you take things to personally and often in a way no intended.
Desire does not remain after castration, why else would they do it to sex offenders then? And yes there has been several who have opted to have it done as condition of parole. A sex offender, wont be able to get it up and he will not have the sex drive, no hormones... Does it mean they wont think about wanting to do something, nope it wont.. but it will keep him from doing it.
And it does work, my sister in law works for dept. of corrections and says it does stop the behaviors.
Also, sex crimes are not about sex anyhow... |
Not to keep the thread going, but just FYI, castrated men
can still do the deed in some instances. Ten percent or less of sex offenders who are surgically castrated can and do repeat their crimes. Sad but true.
