In a dog that had a reaction, you should split them up and I would only do CORE vaccines as Wylie's Mom has already stated.

As for lepto - the AAHA recommendation is that "routine vaccination of toy breeds should only be considered in dogs known to have high exposure risk"

So unless you have a hunting yorkie, or a yorkie who likes to go in and out of streams/lakes that might contain the urine of infected animals, your yorkie DOES NOT NEED LEPTO. If your vet pushes you on this, drop the vet. Then turn the tables and ask your vet why he/she is pushing you on a noncore vaccine that isn't warranted in a toy breed and tell them to stick their advice where the sun don't shine.

Sorry, I've been there and done this with these vets - and my friend just buried her 2.5 year old dog after a reaction to vaccines!! You might want to read it on the RIP thread as you ponder this topic.
