I would say no - (I only have girls so never had to deal with this thankfully) though Chanel does adore her stuffed monkey lover....not to extreme but he IS her boyfriend)
I have to agree with Misty (bama) - from what I read this was inentional - and I would think in most cases a neutered pet would most likely not 'do the deed' but encouraging it is a different story.....
I understand how some can feel certain things would 'calm' a puppy down - but this isn't one of them IMO
