I read, and I think it was on the S & C site, that dehydrated is great for traveling, training, etc., but not for use all the time...If I hear of a hurricane, in the Gulf, I'll be toot-sweet, down to my vendor and buy alot of dehyrated, 'cause we always lose our electricity and it can be for a week or two
