Hey, when i bought my little man from the breeder he was on purina I believe, and although it is not the same as Iams, its close enough. anyways i switched him over to wellness for puppies very slowley (because wheb you switch from something like Iams or purina to something like wellness which is really high in protein it can cause them to have upset stomach, but if you switch your dog over really slow she should be fine. Oh and as far as coat differance, he had less tears once i switched him over, before his eyes were like little water hydrants that kept the sides of his face wet 24/7 now his eyes barley tear up. Also his coat has grown much longer and is alot shiner (but that could also be because of his shampoo and conditioner.) so pretty much the only difference i saw was the amount of tears decreased besides that my little man loved the wellness! |
