ok...did some research. do NOT do the tylenol thing! It is toxic to dogs, per every site I read anything about giving tylenol to yorkies. I did read in multiple places that buffered aspirin is ok as long as your yorkie doesn't have any clotting disorders or anything, but I couldn't find a dosage...sorry, I tried to help...
