Man...I would definitely try to get into another vet if possible! If not, I don't think it's a life or death thing, and I would think she might need antibiotics either way, but the sooner the better, as the pain thing can't be fun for the little one. I know you can use benadryl for dogs with allergies. What about infant tylenol for pain? I'm NOT saying to do it - I have no idea if it is healthy or deadly to do - just something I don't know about, but it came to mind. I will try to do some research to find out
