I have 2 little dogs. One a yorkie . I use pee pads , and place several down . They use them with accuracy. Your pup will choose a place she likes to use the potty, then place pee pads there . Their is a special scent on the pads that helps the pup use the pads .
I would not train outside first , because your baby needs to be fully vaccinated before going outdoors .
