We went through something like this just a couple of weeks ago with Tucker he was not wanting to eat and was throwing up and just not himself so we were at the vet a couple of times and the last time the wanted to keep him for a couple of days because he was getting dehydrated and loosing weight. They kept him and put him on IV's and gave him antibiotics thinking he could have a mild case of pancreatitis even though his blood work all came back good. He was there for two and a half days and they sent me home with some food that they said he ate a little of in which I could'nt get him to eat but now he is doing great and has gained his weight back so I would really try to get him to the vet if you can. Good luck to you and your baby. It isn't any fun when they are sick.
