I was catching up on the posts and I see you got lost in the shuffle!
I have never paid a lot of attention, but I'm guessing about a quarter of an inch or so a month. I've always left Kacee's long on the body and we just get the bottom trimmed occasionally. Anyway, that's my best guess.
