I have one, and it sits in the closet.

Sandwiched, I believe, somewhere between the "blitz-chopper" and the "salad-spinner", just waiting for a chance to escape!

The sound of the motor is fairly loud, and it freaked out the pups the minute I turned it on.

So, needless to say, it has now been exiled to the " Island of Misfit Appliances".
