So sorry to hear of your sad situation, I feel for the poor pup. Would not the airline have a record of whether or not the pup was 'shipped', and if so where it was now?? And what they do about in-transit and delayed pets? If it is still in Prague, would it be possible to locate a rescue etc to take care of the pup until perhaps you could fly or drive/train to pick it up.
Lets hope the dog was not sent by the breeder and that you get news from her or somewhere very soon.
Poor baby and you too, you must be worried to death.
