1. A dog will dig up the area they are going to sleep on unless it on a hard floor. It is a natural instincts for them to do this. I don't know if you have provided your dog with her own bed in the room where your couch is or not but this could help. Or you can put a towel on the couch that you don't mind her digging and scrunching up. All of my dogs dig into their beds.
2. Your dog rubbing her fanny on the floor means something is bothering her and it could be medical. She could have worms, it could be her anal glands or she could have poop on her fanny. Only your vet can help you with the worms or anal glands. I am just not sure if puppy's have anal gland problems. Yorkie's can't stand to have poop on their fannies and it drives them crazy. So if you don't see poop then you need to talk to the vet.

Funny thing! Both of mine would come up to me after going and turn around so I could clean them.
This became a habit after me asking them if they wanted their hinie cleaned.
