Default Floppy ears

My pup has gone from erect ears to floppy ears and back and forth again. . And, I know this is normal.

My question is: Have any of you chosen to leave your Yorkie's ears floppy. I really like mine better flopped over. He is certainly much cutier.

However, my puppy has ears that are "huge." And, I really don't think ears the size of his are very attractive. I swear - if he ever weighs 10 pounds, 5 pounds of it will be his ears.

What do you think???

And - of course, my puppy is a pet ---not a show dog. I plan to keep him in a puppy cut ---- always.

When he's grown and I take him out and around people who know their Yorkies, one of two things will be said:

1) Oh -- you didn't train his ears to stand up like they should.

2) Or, Wow - those are the biggest ears I have ever seen.

Or --------------- maybe puppies grown into their ears????
