I am not sure if it is bronchitis or an upper respiratory infection? She doesn't have any nasal discharge and her nose seems to be dry. She's still coughing and retching now. Any ideas?
Also, she is A.C.A. registered and has the former owners last name. Is there any way I can change it to my last name? |
I don't know what the shots are that she received, but I do know that when Brooklyn received a nasal vaccine for kennel couph (Through breeder not me) she came home with what your girl has. The couphing and sneezing but no discharge. I was told by the breeder it was a reaction from the kennel couph vaccine HOWEVER, my vet disagreed and put her on an antibiotic. Truthfully, this is what I would ask about, especially if she was just spayed two weeks ago. I know a lot of vets put them on an antibiotic for precaution after a spay. Elaine
