Another person began attending meetings to the same yorkie club and if memory serves me correctly I think she was a YT member. She was breeding Shelties and Yorkies... Needless to say she was not accepted.
All breed clubs require home visits prior to accepting a potential member into the club.....Whether you are doing it cautiousley or not, cross breeding is very frowned upon by these breed clubs. |
A yorkie chi mix? egads and yuck! I used to belong to the local cocker spaniel club and I was very involved. My mentor at the time brought me to a few meetings and I was accepted.
My mentor was the vice president at the time and I was involved with confirmation, I took handler classes with my 2 cockers so I could handle my own dogs in the ring. I loved it! I enjoyed agility more though.
The cocker I have now is 9 years old and I did not show her but she and I did agility and she just had a blast.
Anyhow, this thread was about a rotten breeder and got kind of hijacked, partially my fault. So If you would like to chat further I would look forward to your (and others) PM's..
