Nope we can't police the world and we can't fix stupid......and be glad that puppy she gets is not one of yours.
You know there's a list of Ripoff breeders, AKC suspension lists. There should be a list for bad buyers that breeders can go to.....I know we screen very carefully, but it would be nice if breeders had such a list.
