The leanest cut of pork is tenderloin --- it is just as lean as skinless chicken breast, and that is really low! I would think that tenderloin would be fine, even for a dog that must have a very low fat diet.

Also, if you read labels, you will see that Canadian Bacon is a cut of ham that is relatively low in fat. It would be OK as a treat, but only in small amounts because it is so high in sodium.
I give my girls bacon but only the meat part not the fat part (white) and of course it's not daily maybe twice a month.
