My husband is also dead-set against sleeping with a dog in bed... but I can understand this.. I don't want Samy always sleeping in bed with us.. so the time he does it is like a treat to him and he loves it!!! But he knows that he sleeps in his bed until we invite him into our bedroom
Maybe it is for the better that way - avoids injuries.
It is good that Samy loves his bed - big, cousy, puffy and warm
