I think the ones that are up to something probably know all the right things to say. I'm lucky in that the whack jobs I've run across have been blatant (or flaky, like the one I posted about earlier). I had a lady call once asking for a really small one. We were talking for a minute and I asked about any other dogs she may have. She told me straight up that she had gotten several Yorkies but they all got too big so she got rid of them.
I tell ya, you have to appreciate honesty. It saved me a lot of time.... |
