There's a little girl in my neighborhood who would pick up Roxie every time we walked past her. Since her mother didn't seem to be paying attention, I finally had to tell her nicely to please not pick Roxie up. I can't imagine an adult picking up someone else's dog without asking! What is wrong with people?
