I agree that this is a crazy amount to ask for a puppy, no matter what size. But hey, its just like buying name brand clothing right? Its tough but its life. Obviously, he has had many bought at this price, or its a first time. I dont like if he his a bad breeder or whatever. And if these puppies have all kinds of problems for the way he bred them, then that sucks to make them suffer so people can be the talk of the neighborhood with the tiny puppy. We cant save the world though!
