I don't want to frighten you - but if your pup has a brain tumor or had any other type of cerebral or optical swelling that caused her temporary blindness ------- steriods often work wonders by reducing swelling and fluid accumulation.
I hope your pup's improvement is more than just temporary, and I hope whatever was wrong with her is gone for good and doesn't return.

if the steroids worked this is neurological so i recommend you see a neurologist to have an exam done
