My Arabella had dry skin and the vet had me add fish oil to her food. You said that she is a mom now, how new of a mom is she? Could she be having a hormone imbalance due to delivery. I am just a furmomee but I know with humans after delivery the hormone readjustment can cause all kinds of problems.
I am sure someone else with experience will chime in soon.
