I have one Chihuahua girl that pee's on anyone elses pee. So she is a marker. You can watch her though and after the first couple of times she really doesn't get anything out. If he actually does have lots of urine coming each time I might have him checked by a vet.
I know that I have a cat with diabetes and that causes excessive peeing if untreated. Does your dog drink a lot?
