Respectfully I submit that no one should have to pay $2,000 or more for a pet/companion. For a breeding and/or show puppy.....YES.....but come on....not for a companion! When a breeder prices her puppies that high....she is leaving out an awful lot of good and wonderful homes......people who would make wonderful puppy parents....but simply cannot afford $2,000 plus for a DOG. Think about it. Don't get me wrong.....I must get a fair price for puppies or I cannot continue....I guess it's like I said before....what one person thinks is fair.....another thinks it's overpriced. And that goes for the current trend of selling rare colors.....gold, brown or parti's or even "biewer"....if it's sold as a companion....then it's a darn shame to price them so high. And I love the parti-colored Yorkies. LOL

PS......I am a show breeder......I do have champion stock here....and I have three Yorkies from BIS parents.....but that's not really an excuse to demanded woefully high prices for pets. I am aware that many show breeders sell their pet puppies for $2,000 plus.....do you think that really makes them better pets?? No I don't think so!

PPS.....and i have been known to drop my price if a person convinces me that they would give the dog a forever and wonderful home...
