My Cali has grade 4 in both legs but it doesn't bother her so the vet and I agreed to wait and see. She has other issues that they don't want to put her under unless absolutely necessary. The 13+ male I recently took in has LP and still jumps like he's a puppy. So hopefully you will not have to have the surgery. I would use stairs or ramps to minimize his jumping off furniture and keep them at a good weight as adults. |
