Teddi doesn't do well with stairs AT ALL! She is perfectly fine going up but going down any stairs she only gets down about 2 or 3 and then starts stumbling because she doesn't have enough weight in the back. I guess her head and front legs weigh more than the back. I have found it's just easier to pick her up when we are going up stairs and pick her up and put her on my bed. She is a good jumper though and she can get on and off the couch herself with no problems.
