I have always used steps and ramps and trained them from day one to use them. They always use them even when excited and in a rush to get down they all 4 just run right down in a row. The senior yorkie I recently took in is a jumper and even at 13-15 years can get up and down off of anything. He started using the steps and ramp after seeing mine use it but he does still jump off furniture now and then. |
